<i>I've been lost in thought for a while, but upon hearing Kaz's question my head shakes and I walk forward. Glancing down to my Calamity Driver for a moment before answering him with a sigh.</i>
"In terms of powers, H2O isn't the strongest Rider around by any means. But he is reasonably tough, doing serious damage to water is hard after all. The forms... Basic is an all rounder, standard shit really. In terms of mental effects, it's... Not too strong, I guess you could say that's the advantage. "
<i>I pause for a second, thinking some more before moving into the next one.</i>
"Boiling, high speed and melee-focused. I was using it at a range before, but that's not really the intent behind Boiling. Just like the burning heat that wells up though, using it makes one more aggressive and hot-headed."
<i>A breath is taken as I get to the Arctic form, just thinking about that one sends chills down my spine after using it.</i>
"Arctic form, it excels in long-ranged attacks and defending as well. Plus hampering foes to make that second bit easier. The effect it has on my mind, however, is quite bad news. Its calming, makes ya colder and much more focused. I could get used to it, and that scares me."
<i>Then there's the last one, the one I haven't used at all here. Not even sure Mizui used it on site.</i>
"Finally, Caustic form. It can tear things down over time, slowly but surely melting away at a foe with powerful acidic waters that are also liable to leave foes debilitated. Except me to well... More caustic when using it."
<i>Then we have the thought of a leader, that makes me chuckle a bit. Oh man.</i>
"I'm not sure who should lead, I'd be willing to try if people asked. But I won't nominate myself by any means, the thought of doing that is blunt a bit much. I kind of agree that it might be needed though, we can't afford to waste time bickering or something in the middle of danger."
<i>As Kalib dies my face below the mask goes dark, very dark... And of course then we have the man who looks like Quin, Yu I assume. Him speaking with Kaz draws me over as my armor quickly dissolves down to the liquid it's forged from. </i>
"People might be fakes huh...? Bold words, but you could be right I guess. I'd rather think I'm not though, and as Kaz said it's kinda best to run with it for now."
<i>RP Hub, 'The Illumanti', all that bullshit which happened back then. Petty crap in hindsight, but at the time it somehow seemed vaguely important to the extent that such things can be 'important'.</i>
"I can tell ya I remember all that too though. Mistakes such as trying to deal with Yuki's group via bullshit rather than either reason or simply not dealing with them any longer. No sense dwelling in the past though, I'd rather try to learn more about this whole thing."
<i>With that I go quiet, cork placed back inside my flask once more as I just stand staring toward this 'Walton' fellow. Maybe he can give us some answers, maybe he's a foe as well. Whatever the case is, others have already asked some of my most pressing questions. So I turn to address who I assume is Mona. Maybe.</i>
"As for me being good at this, not really. H2O is just made for being a cheap bastard and in part, I had the source of his power helping me out. This suit is user-friendly, so long as you can use it without dying."
<i>My Rider armor stays out, I'm not nearly careless enough as of right now to dismiss the only thing that means I might survive at least some strikes if things go south. Without this shit on my body is merely a human, one in good shape but hardly able to survive a strike from a transformed Kamen Rider.</i>
"What Kaz said pretty much, and who I think is Yu too. I don't want to end up doing more of this, but if it comes to it... I'm a Kamen Rider and all, yeah? Can't give up the fight if people need me. If we can avoid it though, then it'd be much much better to simply stop this crap."
<i>My voice is still disgustingly calm for someone in this madness, but that's to be expected considering the state I'm in. Hah, that's also part of why I don't give up my Henshin right now, the icy cold power flowing through me helps to keep my mind... Focused, cold, collected. Once I take it off, who knows how I'll react.</i>
<i>This entire thing has become one grand chaotic mess... But even so, I'm forced to mostly agree with Kaz here. Killing people is... It's a bit much. No not just 'a bit much'. It's murder, and despite the fact I like to think I can kill if I have to, it isn't something to just fall on that quickly.</i>
"PK, that's enough threats of violence. I don't exactly want to get between this, but I will. Here's a question, did you know he was going to come back? I really hope so, because if not... That'd say some scary things right there."
<i>Water's Calamity, the icy chill that flows forth from my Driver in this state is about the only thing that's keeping my voice even and level. If not for that I'd be freaking out one way or another. As is, I keep myself together. Even as icy water creeps towards PK's feet without a sound.</i>
"Now, I think that in fighting is a damn waste of all our effort. To be sure. But this entire... Event has been rather concerning in a lot of ways. So as much as I want to agree with who I can only guess is Quin, and thus... Well, whatever. Point is, this needs to be sorted out before we can focus on the matter at hand enough by my wager."
<i>The water would suddenly leap for him, quickly coming up to PK's knees as I sigh with my hand now in the open.</i>
"Look alright, even if we might be forced to kill. Don't act like murder is 'just' some other tool, it isn't. You helped me out in that fight, so I really wanna give you the benefit of the doubt here. But I ain't letting this come to blows on either side if I can help it. And I damn well ain't gonna stand by if someone who just proclaimed murder as a valid option tries to strike. But I think we can avoid that happening if we all just take a moment and think."
<i>More like hope, hope very desperately. But the calm tone I say it in manages to give my voice some credibility at least, outwardly, and the mask of my suit hides my worried face below. </i>
A Random Watering Hole
<i>Mizui nods at Miriam, he's seen some disturbing shit on burn victims too so that doesn't exactly shock him.</i>
"I hear ya, isn't gonna bother me any but yeah. No point in being ruder than you've got to."
<i>As Ashley asks him that question though, Mizui's face suddenly lights up and his hands clap a bit while he laughs.</i>
"What's a Kamen Rider you say? Allow me to tell you a tiny bit!"
<i>His voice would turn dramatic in an instant.</i>
"Long ago, a group of madmen plotted to take over the world... They created cyborgs, monsters, and other horrors in service of their goal. They were called Shocker!"
<i>He pauses, face going dark as he speaks about them. But just as quickly, it'd light back up once more.</i>
"However, a hero rose up to stand against them! A man who we now know as Takeshi Hongo, the very first Kamen Rider. He fought for the freedom of humanity against Shocker's evils for quite some time, and alongside his allies, the man eventually took them down!"
<i>There's another pause for a moment, hand placed on his chin.</i>
"Well, that's the first but many people have held that title in honor of him since then. Kamen Rider Double, who dealt with the spread of dangerous drugs that turned people into monsters. Ex-Aid, that cured a deadly virus based in video games. OOOs, who handled strange beasts brought forth by... Actually I'm not sure, I just know they were bad news and he beat em silly!"
<i>The man would raise up his fist at that final proclamation, he's clearly more than excited to speak about this subject.</i>
"Well, that's just a few I happen to know of anyway. Truth is, I don't even think that every Rider is known to people. But man, I can't help admiring the ones I do know about!"
<i>As for Flareon, that would cause the man to sit there pondering for a bit. Just a show...? That's not the case at all, but whatever. More important questions.</i>
"Hmm, if I had to say one... I think it might be OOOs actually. The quotes attributed to him, everything I've been able to dig up... He seemed like the kinda guy that'd save anyone he could. Do the right thing, just cuz you can!"
<i>He'd then absently reach down to the belt that's now strapped around his waist, feeling the buttons upon it with a smirk.</i>
"Though, I'm also kinda a fan of H2O these days. Civilian identity, Mizui Namiko!"<div class='edited'>(edited by H2O)</div>
A Random Watering Hole
<i>The bartender would quickly pass a glass to Miriam, and a bottle of wine that once she were to take a sip of the woman would likely note is actually pretty solid all told. Strangely enough, regardless of what money she shoved at him he'd also take it. Same goes for Ashley and her juice as she's directed towards an outlet. Mizui glances at both, before deciding with a shrug to greet them.</i>
"So, a robed figure. And a girl carrying enough firepower to take out a small block. Gotta say, don't see either of those every day."
<i>The Rider pauses for a moment before laughing and waving at them.</i>
"Haha, where are my manners though. Name's Mizui Namiko, and I'm sure it's a pleasure to meet you."
<i>Despite the smile and friendly tone, the weapons she's carrying around cause his eyes to dart down straight at the briefcase. He wonders how fast he can Henshin if needed, fast enough would be his guess.</i>
"What brings ya here though, especially carrying around all that Miss. Blond."
<i>The man's hands rush down to his briefcase in a rapid blur as he hears that voice though, the callout is different than normal, a new form. Even so... Nothing to but fight, his hands would strap on a dark blue belt with an arcane rune engraved flask that's got two large buttons, one on each side. As he starts to Henshin however, the Rider would just glare at Flareon a bit and scoff. Speaking out in a disgusted tone.</i>
"Cool huh... Ya know he's an arsonist right? That guy is far from what I'd call, more like a disgrace to the name Kamen Rider Match."<div class='edited'>(edited by H2O)</div>
<i>PK's rush draws my attention, mostly because...</i>
"DUMBASS, THAT ISN'T A GAMER DRIVER!"
<i>Mordred is stopped, mainly by a burst of ice that rises up from the water I've spread all about the arena. I don't know what the hell that thing is, but I'd like to try and find out more. No telling if we'll need it later, like some kinda key item from a boss maybe. As for Liam...</i>
"Leave it be PK, I wanna see what that thing's deal is! And also, that he might know more is great and all, but Parad's got a lot more power where this has come from! Tell you what, I'll go along with your... Plan if we can call it that, but I don't think it's a great idea."
<i>There's a voice in the back of my head saying 'slaughter your enemy before he kills you'. But that's not really me though. No, I know what influence that's from. My three clones do remain aimed toward the scene of Knockout Fighter on the ground, but for now their attack is held back as I simply stare at him. With any luck we can make Liam's idea work, but I'm not going to hold my breath on that count. It very much can hurt to try, however, I'm far from sure that I can kill someone even in a fight he started. So try I will even against my better judgment.</i>
"Look alright, you guys came out swinging here. We didn't ask for that, so can we please just stop now? I know you have more and all, but come on."
<i>Knockout Crit Smash, that's a Finisher... Every Rider's got em of course. That applies to even my mockery of a fan creation. Knockout's blows to my water clones would hurt them enough to cause the magic making those things up to fail, sadly there isn't much I can do about that. On the other hand, while he's attacking the others what I can manage to do is slam a large button that's on the left side of my belt's flask. Warning sirens blare and a deep inhuman voice begins screaming out from it.</i>
<b>"STATE CHANGE! FROZEN ARCTIC WATERS!"</b>
<i>It makes sense that Boiling would merely stoke up Knockout's flames even more. In mere seconds my suit's entire style changes, no longer blazing hot but formed from a strange mix of solid ice and merely absurdly cold water. I tap a button on the flask's right side now though.</i>
<b>"FLASH FLOOD WARNING! FROZEN CALAMITY!"</b>
<i>Arctic waters begin rushing out of the flask at an insanely fast rate, the whole thing quickly starts to rush at Knockout Fighter. Waters shifting into various spikes blades and massive cannonballs of ice that fly all across the field in an impressive display of power, along with horribly sticky raw frost that aims to hold him in place for a moment. Ultimately, it's a form of Rider Shooting, something Parad would be quite familar with no doubt. There is a slight twist to it however, as the attack ends it would not only do serious damage if able to land. But also create a few more clones this time formed out of an icy slurry, three to be exact leap up from the remains of my attack.</i>
"Come out of the gates? Come on Knockout Fighter, we all know that a Rider doesn't open with his best attacks. That just isn't how it's done, and faker or no I do have some respect for traditions."
<i>I frankly can't believe that I'm mouthing off at him, but it does to some extent help me focus. Inwardly I'm terrified, but that doesn't really show. If anything, I sound calm and cool... Of course, that's a side effect of my new form.</i>
<i>I just mutter a curse, of course, that didn't work... Stupid thing to forget, but it's been a fucking while since I saw that show. Either way seems like we have no choice except to focus upon Knockout now so that's exactly what I do.</i>
"Nice job PK, it's at least good to see they aren't actually immune to damage!"
<i>Despite that shout, inwardly my concern is still very very large. Doesn't do to show it though, so instead focus is placed upon at least trying to give PK some time to recover. The two water clones both rush over to Parad, hands forming into solid watery blades as one tries to stab Knockout from behind. The other would make an effort to engage him directly at the front with a cut that rushes far more skillfully than I'd be able to. Of course, it's being controlled by an ancient spirit and not me, so that adds up.</i>
"Now get some of this..."
<i>My own skills are basic at best, of course, I could maybe try and call up more of Mizui but he's only got so much practice himself. Either way, the next move made is to blast forward with another burst of boiling water, the magic of my belt easily controlling it and forming the substance into a spear that flies through the air and rushes straight into my front copy on the way toward slamming at Knockout's chest. The copy itself seems fine though, water hitting other water isn't that dangerous.</i><div class='edited'>(edited by H2O)</div>
<i>I stare at Parad for a moment, that is... Fucking elec, around all this water? In truth, H2O's water is pure. Except blood got mixed in meaning it'd conduct despite the normal state. Either way, now that the fight is on I shout out a command to my suit's magic.</i>
"Right then, oh Spirit of Flood, grant me a distraction."
<i>The warm water that covered the ground maybe up to a normal person's feet at most suddenly collects into one point, all of it starting to boil and bubble hard while forming into... Two copies of myself. Mizui himself wouldn't really bother with such tricks, not unless he felt a dire need. I however see a need, to begin with. And as the two clones of myself begin running toward Perfect Puzzle I'd also let loose with a rapid strike, water forming into a pair of tendrils that aim to grab onto the Rider's shoulders and hold him with inhuman force. Though if it's strong enough to match someone like Parad, that remains to be seen.
Either way, my distractions would try and slam their strangely solid watery fists that hold blazing heat within right towards the man. And if his suit had even the slightest of cracks when contact was made, parts of their body would turn liquid again and try to rush inside the armor.</i>
"Hope this does something at least..."
A Random Watering Hole
<i>He isn't too sure of the place's name, it's somewhere in Shinjuku though. The place is full of bars and other such things after all. And within the building, a man holding a briefcase in his left hand wearing a slick business suit sits at the counter.</i>
"Yeesh, talk about another dull day. Wake up, go to work, kick around some giant fire monster formed by an idiot burning down his apartment. Still no more leads though..."
<i>The man stares down at a glass of sake in his hands, absently glancing about the place and realizing he doesn't know anyone at all. Coulda come with someone, but meh. The drink's downed in a few moments before he glances toward that silver briefcase with a chuckle.</i>
"Heh, feels like the kinda night where I might need this thing... But boy do I hope not, that'd be a terrible way to cap off this no average no leads kinda day."
<i>The bartender stares at him absently, but decides it best to simply the person he's fairly sure is some kind of superpowered weirdo be. Instead, another drink is simply passed towards him while the firefighter slides a bill across to the owner.</i>
"Well, whatever happens at least the sake's pretty good. That's something, for what it's worth!"
Tokyo Fire Department: The Masked Firefighter!
<i> A man in a suit sits at a desk, flipping through various files with a bored look on his face... After a moment, he'd flip it closed and grin to himself while pumping a fist in the air.</i>
"Wooo! I'm finally done with all the freaking paperwork. Geez, who knew being a Kamen Rider would involve this much busy work?"
<i> Mizui shrugs, walking out the doors of his office and moving through the halls. He'd pass by various co-workers, smiling and greeting them, finally after going a ways he'd reach the lobby of the building and take a seat on a bench. Said lobby is well lit, clean, and staffed by various workers, along with having a very "High Tech" sort of look, clearly the government is putting top of the line tech here. As for Mizui, he'd place a hand on his chin and begin muttering to himself.</i>
"Now... What to do next anyway? Not any fires to deal with as far as I know, but eh who knows when those... Things, will strike. Of course, I also have the Faker to worry with. Burning places down, summoning up those things only to fight them. What's that guy's game?"
<i>He shrugs his shoulders, no sensing worrying over it to much right now. After all, he can question "Match" plenty when he's behind bars and lacking a suit. For now, he'd just sit on the bench and look towards the door, he's got a feeling some interesting people may show up today!</i>
“Whelp, hope my gut is right on this one! It’d be a shame if I just sit around doing nothing after all… Oh well, could always go bug the lab if I get too bored. Those guys clearly need more fun in their lives!â€
